4. Compliance with Obligations:
Vega & Abogados collects your personal data in compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law – Law No. 29733 and its Regulations (approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS). Accordingly, Vega & Abogados undertakes to:
- Not apply or use the personal data obtained for purposes other than or unrelated to those specified in this policy.
- Not disclose the personal data provided to other individuals or legal entities.
- Maintain the confidentiality and secrecy of the data, even after the relationship with the User has ended.

6. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law:

Additionally, any disputes arising from the acceptance and/or interpretation of this policy will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the judges of Cercado de Lima, Lima, Peru, the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Intellectual Property (INDECOPI), or the National Authority for Personal Data Protection.
Notwithstanding the above, Users and Vega & Abogados may agree to other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
